Processing time

Please allow to 2-3 business days to process a typical order. Orders that include custom-ordered styles may take up to 7-14 business days to ship.

Estimated shipping times

North America: 4-7 business days

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following business week.

Customs and import taxes

We currently only ship within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept domestic returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

• Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

• Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

• Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us for return authorization with "Return Request" and your Order Number in the comments line. Please include a description of the reason for your return, along with the product name, type, color, etc.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Items on final sale

Conditions of return

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
